The Speakesy Club mobile application, website (speakesy.club), platform technology, software, user interface, design, brand identity, written content, graphics, and all associated intellectual property are owned by or exclusively licensed to The Speakesy Club. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these notices grants any person the right to use, reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of The Speakesy Club's intellectual property without prior written permission.

1. Ownership

The Speakesy Club owns or holds valid licences to all intellectual property rights in and to the following:

• The Speakesy Club name, wordmark, logo, brand identity, and all associated trademarks, service marks, and trade dress
• The Speakesy Club mobile application (iOS and Android) including all source code, compiled code, user interface components, layouts, navigation flows, and screens
• The Speakesy Club website and web platform at speakesy.club, including all page layouts, design elements, written copy, and functionality
• Platform features including The Vault, Back-Room Streams, The House Line, The Archive, The Doorman, and all named product elements
• All original written content, product descriptions, onboarding copy, marketing materials, help documentation, and policy documents created by The Speakesy
• All original graphics, illustrations, icons, animations, visual design elements, and UI assets created for or on behalf of The Speakesy
• All database structures, data compilations, APIs, and technical systems forming part of the platform
• All audio, video, and multimedia content produced by or for The Speakesy Club

2. Creator Content

Creators who publish content on The Speakesy Club retain ownership of their original content — photos, videos, audio, written posts, and other materials they create and upload ("Creator Content"). By publishing Creator Content on The Speakesy Club, creators grant The Speakesy Club a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, transmit, and deliver that content to authorised subscribers for the purpose of operating the platform.

This licence does not give The Speakesy Club the right to sell, sublicence, or commercially exploit Creator Content independently of the platform. Creators remain responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

3. Member and User Content

Members and users who submit content to The Speakesy Club — including profile information, messages, reviews, or comments — retain ownership of that content. By submitting content, users grant The Speakesy a limited licence to store and display that content within the platform for the purpose of delivering the service.

Users must not submit content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrighted material, trademarks, or proprietary information belonging to others.

4. Restrictions on Use

You must not, without the prior written permission of The Speakesy Club:

• Copy, reproduce, duplicate, republish, download, print, or extract any part of the Speakesy app, website, platform, or any Speakesy-owned content
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Speakesy intellectual property
• Distribute, sell, resell, transfer, sublicence, or commercially exploit any Speakesy intellectual property or platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Speakesy app or platform
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, trademark, watermark, or proprietary marking on any Speakesy content or material
• Use The Speakesy Club name, logo, or brand in any way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without written permission
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Speakesy Club platform, app, or website
• Frame or mirror any part of the Speakesy Club website or app without written authorisation

5. Third-Party Intellectual Property

The Speakesy Club app and platform may incorporate third-party software libraries, open-source components, fonts, icons, or other materials that are subject to their own licences. The use of such third-party components is in accordance with their respective licence terms. The Speakesy does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property used under licence.

Third-party trademarks, brand names, or product names referenced on the platform belong to their respective owners. Such references do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by The Speakesy.

6. Copyright Infringement — Reporting

If you believe that content available on The Speakesy Club infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please notify us promptly. We will review valid notices and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

Your notice should include:

• Your full name and contact details
• Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the specific content on The Speakesy Club that you claim infringes your rights, with sufficient detail for us to locate it
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf
• Your signature (electronic or physical)

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

The Speakesy Club will, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable or terminate accounts of users or creators who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe an account is a repeat infringer, include that information in your infringement report.

8. Trademarks

"The Speakesy Club", the Speakesy Club wordmark, logo, and all associated product and feature names are trademarks or service marks of The Speakesy. You must not use The Speakesy's trademarks in connection with any product or service that is not The Speakesy's, or in any manner likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits The Speakesy.

9. No Implied Licence

Nothing on the Speakesy Club platform, app, or website, and nothing in these notices, shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any licence or right to use any intellectual property of The Speakesy without the prior express written permission of The Speakesy.

10. Governing Law

This Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice is governed by the laws of India, including the Copyright Act 1957, the Trade Marks Act 1999, the Information Technology Act 2000, and all applicable amendments and rules thereunder. Any dispute arising from intellectual property matters relating to The Speakesy Club shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Updates to This Notice

The Speakesy Club may update this Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice from time to time. The updated notice will apply from the date it is published at speakesy.club. Continued use of the platform after publication of an updated notice means you acknowledge the changes.
